The purpose of this midpoint evaluation is to provide feedback on the interns regarding his/her job performance during the internship and to indicate areas for potential improvement and growth.
Definition of Performance Ratings:
Excellent – Performance is exceptional in all areas | Very Good – Results clearly exceed most position requirements | Good – Competent and dependable level of performance | Improvement Needed – Performance is deficient in certain areas | Unsatisfactory – Results are unacceptable and requires immediate improvement.
