Program Manager, Women in Corporate Entrepreneurship Lab

Jennifer Scott Mobley is an award-winning educator, researcher, and Gallup-certified leadership coach. Informed by 13+ years of progressive experience as a higher education leader and communication professor, she creates a compelling case for building and scaling strengths-based approaches to leadership and organizational development.

Jennifer’s coaching, research, and consulting focus on the nexus between intrapreneurship and women’s leadership development. Her forthcoming book, which focuses on the role of intrapreneurship in NextGen leadership, will be published by Forbes Books/Advantage Media in 2020. She also serves as the founder of the Early Career Women Collective.

The Women in Corporate Entrepreneurship Lab is an expansion of E+I’s cross-disciplinary reach to include new curricular and co-curricular opportunities in corporate entrepreneurship. Corporate entrepreneurship, also known as “corporate venturing” or “intrapreneurship,” is the act of initiating new ventures within an already-established business or organization. Currently, Jennifer is writing a book on women and intrapreneurship which will be published by ForbesBooks in late 2020. As program manager for the Women in Corporate Entrepreneurship Lab, she will be conducting customer discovery with female students and alumni and identifying mentoring and funding opportunities, ranging from senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to investors.
