Have you ever forgotten to follow up with an important contact? Ever lost contact information that only recently became relevant? Contactually is a website that helps you to organize your contacts and sends you notifications reminding you to follow up with contacts.
Contactually makes maintaining relationships easy for the busy entrepreneur. By connecting all your email accounts into this website, a master list of all your contact’s information is organized and stored. Then, you are able to sort your contacts into different “buckets” allowing Contactually to know which of your contacts are the most important. This then allows the software to send you reminders so that you can follow up with contacts on time.
Contactually makes communication easier for the entrepreneur. Not only does it organize and notify you of when to follow up with contacts, but this website also provides a variety of useful tools helping you to communicate in a professional way. A variety of email templates are offered to users. Custom templates can also be created in order to communicate in a more personalized way. This website also offers Scalemale for bulk messaging and a program that allows you to customize messages that will automatically be sent out to contacts at chosen times.
Using Contactually is like having an assistant to help you out with follow ups. It is perfect for the busy entrepreneur. Want more information? Check out the link below!
As more and more executives are doing their own administrative work, programs like these are essential in order to stay organized. I personally would love something like this because you meet so many people from different circles and it can be confusing to keep it all straight. Great find Grace!
This seems like the perfect tool for entrepreneurs. In any business, networking and relationships are extremely important. But, in entrepreneurship, who you know is everything. Contactually seems like the perfect tool for entrepreneurs to keep connections sorted and organized, and still maintain viable relationships. Also, I love the mailing feature. I think that adds a great perk to something that already is very valuable.
Great post!
I can most definitely relate to this problem. In an environment where connections are everything I feel this to be very helpful. Great summary of a service that seems like something I would use! Nice job!
Just about every day I forget to follow up with a contact, with varying degrees of importance. But hey, that’s just scatterbrained me. The fact that such a service exists means that there are many other unorganized neanderthals just like me. I could really benefit from this service, and I’m also referring it to my father for his business. Nice resourcefulness on your part. (Insert compliment about your post)!
Nothing is worse than forgetting to close the loop with an important connection you just made. Often times I feel so guilty that I don’t even try to re-start communication. Contactually seems like a great tool to use to avoid the heartburn of loosing important contacts. Good choice!
This is awesome! I always have this contact-organization problem and I never knew there was such a perfect solution for it. I was also looking for a good bulk-message system. I’m definitely going to try this. I loved how clear you were about what features it has and it was great that you added the picture and link at the end. I loved this article! Very cool.
This is one of those ideas that I kick myself over because I didn’t think of it first. I think the application for an idea like this could easily be expanded into other areas of business. There are multiple occasions where a Contactually could have saved me from missing a follow up opportunity. Good work Grace, great find!
